FAQ 1. Which output should I choose for my room?

Choose by the room's heat loss, not its name alone. Floor area, ceiling height, insulation and glazing all affect the output needed. Ask your installer to assess the space, then select 1000W, 1500W or 2000W. These are separate models, not three power settings on one radiator.

FAQ 2. Will the weekly programme work without an internet connection?

Yes. Programming is handled on the unit, so no router, account or phone is needed. This Classic range has no WiFi or app control; choose the Smart range if remote access matters to you. After a power cut, reset the clock before relying on scheduled heating times.

FAQ 3. How can I estimate the running cost?

Multiply the output in kW by your electricity unit rate and the hours spent heating at that output. At full output for one hour, the 1000W, 1500W and 2000W models use approximately 1, 1.5 and 2 kWh respectively. Thermostat cycling changes actual use; a lower Eco setpoint is not a guaranteed saving percentage.

FAQ 4. Is it suitable for a bathroom, and who installs it?

The radiator is rated IP24 and Class II. Bathroom use requires a suitable location and installation by a qualified electrician, following the manual and applicable UK requirements. It must be fixed to the wall and hardwired via a connection box, not plugged into a socket. Have the proposed position checked before ordering.

FAQ 5. Does the keypad lock make it safe for children to touch?

No. The lock helps avoid unintended setting changes; it is not a cool-touch feature. Parts of the heater can become very hot, so keep young children away and supervise as directed in the manual. The standby button still works when locked. Never cover the radiator or use it to dry clothes.
