1. Is it suitable for a bedroom or home office?

Yes, as supplementary heating for a single room up to around 20 m². Suitability and warm-up time depend on insulation, ceiling height, starting temperature and other room conditions. It is not intended as a like-for-like replacement for a whole-home heating system.

2. What is the difference between the X-shaped aluminium element and a ceramic heater?

The aluminium element is suited to responsive, on-demand top-up heating. Compared with a ceramic heat-storage design, it retains less heat after switching off, so do not expect prolonged residual warmth. The surfaces can still remain hot after use; allow them to cool before touching or moving the heater. This difference does not by itself establish lower electricity consumption.

3. Can I programme it for each day of the week?

Yes. WiFi and app control support a 24/7 weekly programme with settings in one-hour time slots. You can also operate the heater using its on-device controls.

4. What is required for freestanding use?

Assemble and secure the wheel supports as instructed in the manual before use. Place the heater upright on a stable, level surface and maintain the specified clearances. Do not assume the wheels are pre-fitted or that the heater is ready to use straight from the box. Switch off, unplug and let it cool before moving it.

5. What is required for wall mounting?

Follow the manual, choose a wall capable of supporting the heater and use fixings suitable for that wall. Observe the required clearances and obtain landlord or building permission where applicable. Use the wall-mounted configuration specified in the manual, without the freestanding wheel supports. Do not assume fixings suit every wall type.

6. Can I use it in a bathroom?

Only if the manual permits the proposed installation and location. IP24 means splash protection, not waterproofing. Follow the specified distances from baths, showers and other fixtures, comply with local electrical requirements and connect to a correctly earthed supply. Do not assume freestanding use is permitted in a bathroom simply because the heater has wheels. Consult a qualified electrician if unsure.

7. Is a separate remote control included?

No. Use the heater's controls or its WiFi/app function; a separate physical remote control is not included.
