Ciarra do not publish negative reviews. I received a faulty hood and they are doing nothing to replace it. They ignore e-mails. Customer service is based in Hong Kong
My previous review to this effect has not been published.
I ordered this hood which arrived very quickly in undamaged packaging. On unpacking it I found it was damaged ( squint and twisted hinges)). I contacted customer services, sending them photos. They offered me £30 off if I fix it myself. As I am not happy to do this as unsure if it will rectify the fault. I think this is a ridiculous thing to ask and they are not being at all pro-active or doing anything to rectify the situation. And…there does not appear to be a telephone number to call to speak with anyone.
Nice hood- but let down by poor quality and terrible customer support.
Its power. Very satisfied with this tilting hood, good steam extraction and a beautiful design, I like it a lot, I recommend it.
