1. Will the white version blend in with my cupboards?

It suits kitchens with pale-toned cabinetry around the hob area. Please note that the front panel is glossy white, while the upper chimney section is stainless steel. Compare both finishes with your cupboard doors and existing kitchen metal hardware before purchase.

2. Can it replace my existing 60cm cooker hood?

This is a 60cm angled wall-mounted cooker hood. Matching the width does not guarantee a direct replacement. Before ordering, ask a qualified installer to check the installation drawings, wall fixing points, required hob clearance, duct connections and electrical requirements against your existing kitchen setup.

3. What if my flat has no outside vent?

Recirculation mode is available using separately sold CBCF002X2 charcoal filters. Recirculation filters and returns air indoors; it does not expel moisture outdoors and is not a substitute for whole-room ventilation. Confirm that the installation is suitable for your space.

4. Is the duct included, and what extra costs should I expect?

For ducted installation, check the UK-market bundle contents to confirm whether the 1.5m aluminium duct is supplied. Additional duct fittings, electrical modifications and installation labour may vary depending on your kitchen. CBCF002X2 charcoal filters for recirculation are sold separately.

5. Will the glossy glass panel withstand regular cooking heat?

The tempered glossy glass panel is designed for standard everyday hob cooking. Avoid direct and sustained contact with high heat or flames, and do not place hot cookware against the glass surface, as this may cause discolouration or surface damage.

6. Which filter can go in the dishwasher?

Only the removable aluminium grease filter is dishwasher-safe. Always follow the official care instructions for removal and washing. This does not apply to charcoal filters, which have separate maintenance and replacement requirements.

7. How loud will it be in real-life kitchen use?

Published noise figures are measured under standard laboratory test conditions. Perceived noise in your kitchen can vary depending on the room layout, wall surfaces and selected fan speed. If low noise is a priority, consider this alongside the extraction performance before ordering.

8. Can I fit it in a rented home?

Check your tenancy agreement and obtain the landlord's approval before carrying out wall fixings, ventilation alterations or electrical work. Recirculation mode still requires secure wall mounting and a suitable power supply. Ask a professional installer to assess the installation feasibility.
