Ciarra Beyond Fry Pan Midnight Dream 20cm

I can do it justice now after using it for several months. Here are the main points I think are worth considering before buying this:
❤️ The colour is just beautiful. If you love to have everything matching in your kitchen and want a beautiful dark blue pan set then this set is for you and so superior to other coloured pans I've used in terms of quality. The nonstick layer inside each pan is a beautiful pearly sparkly grey colour too - these pans are just stunning. I have a blue hob and they just look amazing on there.
❤️ The non-stick layer works well - I've had nothing at all stick to it since using the pans and cleaning the pans afterwards by hand is an absolute breeze. I'm not sure if they're dishwasher safe but really they don't need to be as they're so easy to clean by hand.
❤️ The lids are close fitting so keep moisture in fantastically and make it really easy to fry and steam things with very little oil/water if you keep the lids on.
❤️ I like that the lids are very flat - makes them easier to store if you haven't got much space.
❤️ You get a great range of pans in this set - we use the big saute pan and the casserole pan ALL the time for family cooking because of the brilliant capacity.
❤️ They're amazing for recipes where you need to cook on a hob and in the oven as you can transfer them to an oven after being on the hob or vice versa - brilliant for things like a casserole. They work well on our induction hob too, so just brilliant for all recipes us.
❤️ The quality of the pans is top-notch, they're a decent weight and so lovely to handle and use.
❤️As someone else has mentioned, the handles do tend to get hot, even when just using them on the hob, which is quite unusual for induction pans.
❤️ The nonstick surface has got ever so slightly stained after I used one of the pans for frying off something for a long time but it hasn't affected the usage or how well the nonstick works in any way. Overall I would buy pans from this brand again. I'd never heard of them before using them but they are absolutely beautiful, top-spec pans. They are just as good if not better than some of the pans and I think this set is well worth the money, especially if you want them for the colour as it's so unusual to find coloured pans that are such high quality as these.

The Ciarra Beyond pots and pans set impresses with its first-class quality and well-thought-out composition. The workmanship is impeccable and the materials are high-quality, which is reflected in the pleasant feel and the elegant appearance. The ceramic non-stick coating on the inside enables gentle and low-fat cooking, while the outside looks elegant in matt black. The set includes two frying pans (26cm/28cm) and two saucepans (20cm/24cm) with matching lids that are suitable for all types of stoves, including induction. The ergonomic handles fit well in the hand and stay cool even at higher temperatures. The pots and pans are easy to clean and dishwasher-safe. All in all, an all-round successful cookware set that makes cooking a pleasure and lasts a long time.

Lovely set of 4 stainless steel pots and pans. The sparkley pink and silver colour looks fantastic. Really handy to have cookware that is compatible with all types of cooktops incase you decide to change your oven etc over the years, you wont need to replace your cookware along with it. The non stick surfaces are very good, I did find that it took a little longer to heat up the pans than other pans I own. Not too heavy to lift when full like some other pots are. Unfortunately I cannot comment on the noise reduction as I don't have an induction hob. Very expensive set but incredibly good quality and look amazing. Would recommend.
