Very nice, easy to install, and with strong suction power.
Bought this during a sale for under £120 — absolute bargain! The suction is more than enough for our flat, and it looks surprisingly high-end for the price.
The hood arrived very quickly which was excellent.
How ever on opening the box we found the product to have a very obvious scratch on the front panel as well as a small dent.
Disappointed we contacted the customer support team. There initial reply was too cover the scratch with a sticker!! I think when you buy a product new, you have an expectation for it to be in good working order and free of any defects, so for them to reply this has us feeling like this probably wasn't the first time they have had this issue.
They don't/can't offer replacement parts because according to the customer service team they don't offer replacement parts. Which is a huge downfall of theirs.
We still haven't been compensated for this because they are only offering a £14 refund on a £139 new appliance which they have supplied to us damaged, in my mind is again an insult.
We will never buy from Ciarra again & advise you not too to avoid disappointment
Its power. Very satisfied with this tilting hood, good steam extraction and a beautiful design, I like it a lot, I recommend it.
