1. How to Clean Cooker Hood Filters
Ciarra’s stainless steel baffle filters are dishwasher-safe, simply remove them and place them in the dishwasher for easy cleaning, while carbon filters cannot be washed and should be replaced every 3–6 months depending on usage.
2. Is a Cooker Hood Really Necessary?
Yes, a cooker hood is really necessary because without one, cooking fumes, grease, and odors stay trapped in your kitchen, leading to poor air quality, sticky surfaces, and lingering smells that spread throughout your home. Over time, the buildup of grease and moisture can also cause damage to cabinets and walls, and even encourage mold growth. Everything's fine.
