Highly recommended

Both the online shop and the range hood are highly recommended. Delivery took place on the fifth day after ordering (the delivery date stated was 5-10 days). Unfortunately, the package was damaged in transit, and the grease filter was dented. Although the delivery service would have been responsible for resolving this issue, the shop immediately sent me a new filter. The hood itself corresponds exactly to the specifications and works perfectly. The customer service always responded to emails on the same or next day. Absolutely exemplary!
