Emailed the firm, no response

I bought an extractor fan, it does but suck any smells and smoke. I asked the chat, what filter I need, sent me 2 filters- I’ve emailed the firm because these are not right. Emailed twice and had no response. Stuck a fan and 5 filters. Fan does not work and no one to contact. Awful customer service ☹️ can someone pls contact me
